Buckwheat noodle with dipping sauce
Onion & dried shrimp tempura
I had a variety of guests today, from my community garden, from my community center cooking class and one of my friend. We talk about how to grow vegetables in organically and in sustainable way and how to make good soil etc…
It was a very fun class and I hope we can get together again.
