I had Spring pasta cooking workshop @Deborah’s Palm, this is the light pasta in Japanese style. I had my tennis friend to my class and she loved this pasta.
“This is vegetarian pasta/no meat, but it is very flavorful and tasty!” ,she said.
Also this is very simple, easy dish too. After I cook this dish in 20 minutes or so, we chat about tennis for 1.5 hours.
It was really fun to discuss about what we really like and serious about it.
