2011/10/18 Hijiki Salad & Simmered Dried Daikon

I made very healthy dishes like follows after my trip to USTA National Champioinship.

This is very easy dish, just mix everything together.

All these dishes was made from dried food which we eat regular basis in Japan, and very healthy too.

 

 

 

2011/07/26 Plum Vinegar Daikon & Ratatouille Japanese Style

2010/07/06 Komatsuna & Eggplant

I harvested vegetables from garden/Komatsuna, Eggplant, Cherry tomatoes,  Cucumber, Zucchini.                             I made miso soup with komatsuna and eggplant.                             Stir fry pork, zucchini, chives, kimchee, green onion.
