My husband’s friend gave us super fresh yellow tail which her husband got fishing. I harvested black soy bean, Japanese cucumber, Japanese pumpkin, eggplant, belle pepper, butter lettuce, Mizuna leaf, Morocco bean and green onion from vegetable garden.

I harvested chives from garden and will use for dumpling party on 7/30 @Deborah’s palm. Chives, Japanese cucumber, Morocco bean, Japanese bell pepper, Mizuna Japanese cucumber, just cut and serve with kelp salt. Very crispy, juicy and tasty!

I harvested butter lettuce, tomato, Japanese eggplant and Morocco bean from vegetable garden. Morocco beans/they grew pretty well. Rinse, cut and stir fry with sesame oil.

I made burdock curry with duck meat using pressure cooker. It took me about 3 minutes to cook. This is healthy curry which include burdock, carrot, onion, celery and duck meat. This curry has burdock flavor, which I really like. I harvested butter
