My husband’s friend gave us super fresh yellow tail which her husband got fishing. I harvested black soy bean, Japanese cucumber, Japanese pumpkin, eggplant, belle pepper, butter lettuce, Mizuna leaf, Morocco bean and green onion from vegetable garden.

I harvested butter lettuce, tomato, Japanese eggplant and Morocco bean from vegetable garden. Morocco beans/they grew pretty well. Rinse, cut and stir fry with sesame oil.

I planted some tomatoes and eggplant in vegetable garden today. I seeded Bosnian tomatoes but they are not ready to plant yet, still too small. Also I did not harvest many eggplant last year, so I did not keep eggplant seed, I needed to buy new plant this year. Sunsugar tomato/new for me this time,

Many vegetables are growing in my organic vegetable garden. But it is cold summer this year in US and vegetables grow slowly. American tomato/the tomatoes are still green color. Bosnian tomatoes/my garden neighbor gave me plants. They are still green color

I was in Japan for 10 days and returned US on 7/19. I can imagine many vegetables were too big and grown too much! Early girl tomatoes & Pickles cucumbers Cherry tomatoes & Eggplant/Eggplant is growing so well this year.
