Day 9 plum pickles, it’s soaked 100% now and it’s done. Need to wait red shiso leaf will grow. Day 9 plum syrup, there are rock sugar at the bottom. Needs to mix everyday.

I got a lots of plums from my friend and made plum pickles & plum syrup. Plum(5kg) & 20% sea salt, leave it until plum will be soaked in salted liquid with weight. Plum syrup(3kg)/Green plum & same amount of rock
