Mapo tofu is the most easiest and simple dish which I can make in 10 minutes. That’s why my husband told me “please simmer for more than 10 minutes.” But actually I really do not need to! Simmering for few minutes. Done!

I harvested komatsuna from vegetable garden and made komatsuna chanbru/this is the special dish in Okinawa, Japan. Very balanced and healthy dish/komatsuna, tofu, shiitake mushroom, egg, bonito flakes stir-fried. This is stir-fried burdock and carrot which is traditional Japanese vegetable dish.
