Many vegetables are growing in my organic vegetable garden. But it is cold summer this year in US and vegetables grow slowly. American tomato/the tomatoes are still green color. Bosnian tomatoes/my garden neighbor gave me plants. They are still green color

I was in Japan for 10 days and returned US on 7/19. I can imagine many vegetables were too big and grown too much! Early girl tomatoes & Pickles cucumbers Cherry tomatoes & Eggplant/Eggplant is growing so well this year.

My older son found a ginger pork recipe from Japanese famous talent in TV show. I was wondering if he cooked tasty food or not, but it was very tasty and healthy dish. Lightly flour pork slice and stir fry. Stir fry onion too. Add seasoning and grated ginger. Serve with brown rice.

I harvested 3 zucchini and 2 onion from vegetable garden, and I made healthy zucchini meat sauce. Yellow onion/I planted yellow onion last November. They only 6 onion grew well. Ingredients/Zucchini, Onion, Garlic, Celery, Tomato, Pork(sliced)

My garden neighbor gave 4 Bosnian tomato plants and I planted them few weeks ago. The weather in this spring is little different from usual and still chilly some times, so vegetables were not start growing until very recent. But now they are finally start growing. Bosnian tomato

I harvested the first zucchini this year. I planted only one pot but they grew so big. Rhubarb is growing big too. I am so happy because when I planted rhubarb last spring it died. I planted rhubarb last fall again.
