2010/05/18 Yomogi Dango(Dumpling)

I have Yomogi in the balcony. Yomogi is a wild grass in Japan which has a strong grass flavor. This is used for seasonal Japanese sweet/kusa dango.
















I made Kusadango(dumpling) using Yomogi.
