My garden neighbor gave me chives plant and they grew so well. Until that time I did not know there were garlic chives and regular chives because I only knew garlic chives in Japan.
I made liver & chives stir-fry, this is very good for summer season to get stamina to our body. Also liver contain the essential amino acid such as vitamin A, vitamin B6, folic acid, and iron.
I harvested one myoga this year. Myoga is a Japanese herb which has little bitter taste and refreshing aroma. We use this as a garnish for tofu dish and so on.
I made marinated cucumber with octopus kimchee & myoga.
