My friend gave me many Meyer lemon yesterday. After I squeezed lemon juice, I could not throw the skin away because they were so tender and smooth. I decided to make marmalade.
Just boiled few mumites.
Cut into thin slice
Add water and maple fudge which I got from Toronto
Simmer about 30 minutes, tasted and added little more brown sugar
Done! We can enjoy with homemade soy yogurt.
