I baked oysters in Japan during winter time because they are in season only the months which has “r”.
But we can eat oysters in US any time. This is great since oysters are very nutritious and rich mineral from the ocean.
I got very good deal oyster at Ranch 99 grocery which was $14.99/for 25 big oysters!
These oysters are so big about 20cm long. Just rinse the shell and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes at 400F or until shells slightly open.
