This is typical healthy breakfast at my home.
Brown rice cooked by Zojirushi induction heating system rice cooker as a GABA brown rice.
Miso soup made from homemade miso paste and vegetables from organic garden.
Homemade soy yogurt with fresh fruits, dried fruits and homemade marmalade or jam.
Side dishes/clock wise from broccoli, scrambled egg with dried anchovy, simmered pork, marinated celery with dried squid and simmered Japanese pumpkin.
This is very good balanced nutritionally, full mineral and dietary fiber healthy breakfast. Also very filled and I am not hungry until 1pm or so.
