2011/03/03 Hijiki Seaweed Spring Sushi

I made Hijiki seaweed spring sushi for Girl’s day dinner. I just put left over garnish/salmon flake, egg, mustard leaves from the cooking class on 3/2 plus simmered hijiki seaweed. This is super healthy and tasty.
