I harvested red shiso from garden.
Pickled plum/already soaked with salt and now soked in salted water on May 27th.
Mix salt in red shiso leaves
And rub it, squeeze out liquid. Do this process twice.

After add this salted red shiso leaf into the pickled plum container, the liquid turned bright red color.
Like this, this is plum vinegar
