I harvested lots of red shiso leaves, put in the pickled plum pot. More red shiso are growing in the garden.
I made red shiso juice. When I added vinegar, the color changed to bright red, all natural!
I tasted in a glass cup, very refreshing! Two bottled plum syrup were gone already once I told my older son.
These red shiso juice will be the same way once I will tell him.
