I joined the open house at Deborah’s Palm for Healthy Cooking Class fall kick-off.
I harvested red shiso leaves from vegetable garden and made shiso juice. I brought the shiso juice for sample tasting.
Boiled for 5-6 minutes.
Add brown sugar and fruits vinegar.
This is Shiso Juice.

I brought Red shiso plant from garden for the information and tomatoes for sharing.
Also I brought brown rice ball for tasting which has chopped red shiso leaf inside after I made juice.
All 24 brown rice ball gone in the morning.
Music band played nice music. Many people were interested in healthy cooking class and signed up for the September 20th dinner class.
