I harvested daikon, rinse them, separate leaves and roots.
Sometimes we only see daikon at market, but daikon leave contains lots of vitamins and very nutritious.
I boiled them.
After boiled, cool down in water, drain and squeeze water, chop and keep in refrigerator. You can use many dishes.
