I attended alumni luncheon, we made Japanese lunch box.
We made Spring sushi, clear soup/cucumber, chicken, fish paste, simmered trefoil, daikon & carrot with vinegar, simmered daikon & pork, fran.
This is fun event, I have learned a lot from this cooking class & luncheon.
We had my husband’s birthday dinner @LB Steak.
