I had Open House @Deborah’s Palm and I had a table to serve sample tasting.
I brought Buckwheat Noodle Salad, Eggplant Cucumber Salad, and Shiso Juice. Also I brought vegetables from vegetable garden.
I displayed “Healthy Soshoku” cook book too.
So many people were interested in Healthy Japanese Cooking Class. I needed to make second batch for both dishes and the sign up sheet was full. I plan to teach cooking class on September 6th, I will only take max 6 people….
