2011/04/11 Turn over Miso

I made miso paste last November for next year because miso needs fermentation period for one year. I turned over miso today and it will help miso’s fermentation evenly.

Turned over miso upside down and sprinkle salt on the surface. Need to be fermented until November this year, and we can enjoy very tasty miso.
