2011/02/06 Daikon Salad with Butter Lettuce & Chrysanthemum

I picked butter lettuce from organic garden too and mix with chrysanthemum. Thin slice daikon and carrot, salted and squeeze water. mix with mayonnaise, pepper, canned clam. You can eat seafood, both leaf and root vegetables in one salad.
