I harvested Japanese Cucumber, Tomato and Paprika from vegetable garden. Especially I got so many tomatoes.
Also my vegetable garden neighbor gave me Swiss Chard. I saw them at store but never cooked or tasted them.
I just chopped garlic and chopped Swiss Chard and stir-fry them. It was interesting the juice came out from Swiss Chard was red color!
I just cut Japanese cucumber in half and eat with home made miso paste. Japanese cucumber does not have big seeds inside and very tender.
I got sake lees and marinated cod filet for few days. Broiled it.
