My older son found a ginger pork recipe from Japanese famous talent in TV show. I was wondering if he cooked tasty food or not, but it was very tasty and healthy dish. Lightly flour pork slice and stir fry. Stir fry onion too. Add seasoning and grated ginger. Serve with brown rice.
