I harvested the first zucchini this year. I planted only one pot but they grew so big.
Rhubarb is growing big too. I am so happy because when I planted rhubarb last spring it died. I planted rhubarb last fall again. Now it grew so big.
I harvested zucchini & rhubarb.
Stir-fry zucchini with garlic and fish sauce.
Thin cut zucchini, sprinkle salt and leave 1 hour. Sprinkle with Yukari/red shiso leaf powder & dried anchovies. This is a Japanese style zucchini salad.
Cut rhubarb into small pieces and put in a pot with brown sugar, simmer until all pieces melted.
This is the first house grown rhubarb jam!
