I posted plum syrup photo on 5/28/10 when it’s done. This is Day 9 plum syrup.
Now I need to separate plum and syrup otherwise it will be fermented too much. So I made 4 plum syrup bottles this year. And I tasted, this is sweet and very refreshing too. Very healthy too, just plum and sugar.
I transferred plums to a big pot and simmer them first.
When they become tender, took out seeds and simmer with palm sugar & rock sugar to taste. This is a plum jam. We have soy yogurt every morning and this is a good topping for soy yogurt.
