I had the 2nd August Cooking Class today and this is today’s dishes.
All American friends joined today’s class and most Japanese ingredients were new for everyone, I had a lot’s of information I could share with. All worked together as a team and everyone did very good job. We cooked all items except dessert within 1 & 1/2 hours! (I made only dessert last night because it taste better in cool)
I really hope everyone feels that Japanese cooking is easier than they thought after tried. That’s why I start “1 Hour healthy cooking class” in September. I teach simple, easy, healthy dishes in this class.
