I had a Japanese noodle class today per one of the student request. Because she wanted to learn how to make Japanese noodle/Zaru soba.
Today’s menu is
– Concentrated soup stock
– Japanese noodle/Zaru soba
– Vegetable & dried shrimp tempura
– Okara cookies
This concentrated soup stock is very handy if you make it. You can use this for tempura dipping sauce, hot noodle soup, simmered vegetables so on.
I added shiso leaf for the garnish today.
