I had Miso cooking class per my friends’ request and I had three students. Since they have little kids, I had this class @my friends’ house.
They are young mothers, they try to cook healthy foods for their kids. It is very important to raise kids with healthy nutritious homemade meal because healthy homemade meal is the fundamental for the healthy body especially when kids are little.
They made own miso and will wait for one year for the fermentation.
