2013/09/30 Private Cooking Class

I taught a private cooking class at their house as a birthday gift from wife to husband who loves cooking so much. He is a pretty good cook, already took sushi making class, make beer so on. He would like to know how to cook healthy Japanese home cook dish which is my specialty.

I gave him my cook book as a birthday gift.

Today’s menu is pork ribs with miso flavor, simmered green vegetable with sesame, pickled daikon, mushroom brown rice, miso soup.
