I had Eileen Fisher Wellness Event cooking class @Deborah’s Palm. This is a corporate event and I was very excited for this opportunity. Because when I checked their website, I impressed their corporate philosophy, and caring mind for environment & others as a Women’s owned company.
Menu is Rope Sushi, Sushi Roll, Hand Wrap Sushi, Appetizer Sushi, Green Vegetable with Sesame, Miso Soup, Coconuts Milk Agar-Agar.
It was a good chance to develop new recipe for soy & gluten free person who has allergy to them. I used Salt Koji instead Miso for Miso soup. But it turned out pretty tasty soup for my surprising. Also she brought “Coconut Amino” for sushi dish as a substitute for soy sauce.
