2018/08/26 Vegetables from garden

Of course vegetables grow different every year due to weather & other factors.

This year, vegetables grow so well especially tomatoes & Japanese pumpkins.

Besides these vegetables below,

Chayote Squash/my friend @work gave me a fruit and grew so tall. I harvested three fruits. This is very first time I planted Chayote, I am so excited to see a fruit.

Finally vegetables growing so fast and can not catch up to cook all of them. Some of them start flowering….

2012/12/24 X’mas Dinner

I made roast lamb leg for X’mas dinner this year. I got around 5lb lamb leg.

Celery is growing now, I harvested from garden.

I made very healthy dishes like follows after my trip to USTA National Champioinship.

2011/07/26 Plum Vinegar Daikon & Ratatouille Japanese Style

I got plum vinegar for this year, and pickled daikon in the plum vinegar.

Nice bright pink color, sour taste daikon pickles, all natural color came from red shiso leaf from my organic garden.

I harvested Japanese belle pepper and Japanese eggplant from garden, and cooked Ratatouille Japanese style.

I just simmer onion, eggplant, tomato, carrot, bell pepper.

This is healthy vegetable dish for summer which is tasty hot and cold.
